Do you ask for permission to use those photos :)
HAHA, no I dont ask for permission because the website doesnt specifically state that I must. However, given that they are other people's photographs, I always make sure that they are appropriately references and that they have a link to where I found it. As a amateur photographer, I would hate for someone to rip my photos off, so i do always try to do the right thing.
