The saying is true. Home is where your heart feels is right.

I have been searching for the place where my heart has felt most comfortable and today I found it...... Edinburgh, Scotland is the place where I have decided will be my home. No more interviews with London recruiters, no more discussing possibilities in whereever English county. I arrived on the train early today and I immediately felt calm. I knew that this place was for me. Something was telling me to come here, and for once in my life, I followed my heart.

For the last week or so, I have been in Dawley, England with my wonderful friends, the Williams' (and Paynes and Corbetts). I am truly gifted to have such amazing people in my life. I have never met such a caring, sincere group of people in my life. The help that they have provided over the past couple of years has been invaluable. I can never express my thanks enough.

Now it is a process of finding a job here in Edinburgh. I am going to have to put my head down but it appears that there are plenty of low paying jobs around. It may be what I end up doing, but I am happy with that. I feel like this place could just be home for me. I love it. It just feels right.

I miss you all so much, but today is the beginning of a new phase in my life. And I am awfully excited about the prospects that await me.
